I’m ashamed. I did a workshop last week at the wonderful Build conference on Enthusiasm, and more specifically, how to get people enthusiastic about the work one does. And I forgot to say the most important thing. Thankfully it’s obvious, so I hope all the smarty smarts in the room were able to intuit this without my stating it.
